Campus Work Status Reporting

The University of South Carolina Columbia campus is closed to non-essential employees through the end of the spring semester.  The College of Arts and Sciences is collecting information about the campus work status of all CAS employees.

The CAS Dean's Office has created an online form to simplify the tracking of information regarding college employees working on- and off-campus.

  • Supervisors
All CAS Supervisors should complete the online form below to inform the college of any employees who have been designated as Essential and approved to work on campus.  (Please note that approved employees must complete the Health Status Form and submit it using the form below.)

  • Employees Working on Campus (ESSENTIAL)
All employees who have been designated as Essential by their supervisor and who have agreed to work on campus should complete the Health Status Form and submit it to the college using the online form below before returning to campus.

  • Employees Working From Home (NON-ESSENTIAL OR TELECOMMUTING)
The college would like to be as supportive as possible of employees working from home.  To that end, all employees working from home should complete the form below regarding the resources they have at home to support their work.  College staff will be in touch to follow up with staff about to provide instructions and support as well as additional resources where available.
