Procedures and Resources

Please see the resources below for more information about forms and processing requirements.

Enrollment Management is critical for ensuring that courses are offered in an efficient manner and meet student needs. All courses are reviewed each semester to ensure that student demand is met, courses are scheduled to reduce common course conflicts, and that minimum enrollments are satisfied.   Please contact Dr. Dawn Hiller with any questions.

All course changes, new courses, and new minors and majors must be reviewed by CAS and submitted for approval through the university-wide Academic Programs Proposal System (APPS). For significant changes to academic programs, please contact the curriculum management team for support and review.  Please contact Christy Stephens with any questions.

All concurrence requests must be reviewed by the appropriate academic unit as well as CAS.  Please contact Dr. Christy Friend with any questions.
