The Department welcomes Brett Sherman, our newest tenure-track faculty member.  Brett works in philosophy of language and epistemology, and more specifically on the nature of open questions and their connection with modality, among other things.

Brett received his PhD from Princeton University, and previously taught at Brandeis University and the University of Rochester.
