McMaster Gallery hosts 66th Annual Juried Student Exhibition

The exhibition brings together 50 student artists from the School of Visual Art and Design

McMaster Gallery is hosting the annual juried student exhibition from March 3 - 18, 2021, a tradition that began in 1955. It features works across media and includes painting, sculpture, animation, printmaking, ceramics, photography, and drawing. All students in SVAD were invited to submit works in any media. This year’s exhibition was juried by Mr. Fred Delk, Executive Director of the Columbia Development Corporation, who selected the works and chose the prize winners. Over 90 works were submitted for the show and 80 entries were accepted. Together, over 50 students are represented in the exhibition.  Prizes were awarded Best in Show; 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Undergraduate Awards, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Graduate Awards. The awards ceremony  took place virtually on March 4, due to the pandemic (watch the awards ceremony online). Congratulations to all participants and award winners!
