Anthony Cortese, a member of Professor Hans-Conrad zur Loye's group, passed his Ph.D. dissertation defense on March 2, 2016.  His defense was entitled, "Crystal Growth and Characterization Of Reduced Early Transition Metal Compounds Grown Via Hydrothermal And Molten Flux Methods."
