Director of the School of Journalism and Mass Communications

The director of the SJMC is the top academic and administrative officer in the school. The director oversees all undergraduate and graduate faculty and programs, staff, budgets, resource development and allocation. The Director provides academic and administrative leadership while representing the school to a wide range of campus and professional constituencies.

Visual Communications Instructor

The School of Journalism and Mass Communications invites applications for a full-time instructor in our innovative visual communications major to join the faculty in August 2019. The ideal candidate would have demonstrable skills in the theory and practice of emerging media technologies specifically those aimed at User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design and experience with the creation of motion graphics, augmented reality(AR) and virtual reality (VR).
