Applicants interested in Secondary Social Studies teacher certification should apply to the Master of Teaching program. The MAT in Secondary Social Studies has been encompassed in the Master of Teaching program, which has the B.A./B.S. plus M.T. for current UofSC undergraduate students and the Career Changers M.T. for students outside UofSC or who already have a bachelor’s degree.
