Honors College Family Picnic 2019

We welcome our students and their families to join our staff on the historic Horseshoe for the annual South Carolina Honors College Family Picnic! Our event is part of the university's Family Weekend, and we look forward to you joining us for southern barbecue, lemonade and - of course - sweet tea. Is there a registration fee? This event is free for our students and families! We are grateful to receive funding from the USC Educational Foundation.

What should I bring? We provide limited tables and chairs so we recommend bringing lawn chairs and/or blankets for each member in your party. Depending on the weather, you may want to consider sunscreen, a hat or other items that you will need to be comfortable in the sun.

What about parking? There is no designated parking for this event held on the historic Horseshoe. Many families use street parking or campus parking garages open to the public. You can find a link to a campus parking map through the RSVP link.

Do I have to RSVP? Yes, please! We ask that attendees submit their RSVPs by September 13th using the form provided on this page.
