Before completing the form below, please read through the following information:
- If you are reserving space, you must check the 25Live calendar for HRH and Harper 320 room availability. Give at least THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE.
- Classroom use is prioritized for academic use during normal business hours. Exceptions can be made for senior thesis defenses.
- Recurring reservations may not be made for the B119 conference room during regular business hours.
- Read the guidelines for reserving space in the HRH classrooms.
- Room capacities for each space are listed next to their checkboxes on the request form. These capacities include a table for ADA space. For more information about layouts, view the space on 25 Live.
- Food and drink are not allowed in Honors Residence Hall classrooms.
