What drew you to the field of medicine?

I have been interested in the field of medicine since I was child. My interests were further cultivated when I started volunteering at our local hospital's oncology department. I observed the huge impact a doctor could make in a patient's life. I want to be a doctor who does more than treat the disease, but always acts as a patient's biggest advocate.

What are your future plans?

While I am not sure what kind of doctor I would like to be, I plan to travel the world as one with organizations like Doctors Without Borders to help serve underprivileged communities.
