The University of South Carolina's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management is offering a series of professional development courses to provide hospitality industry professionals with specialized training in customer service, leadership and post-pandemic hospitality and tourism management.
Developed by USC's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in collaboration with USC Continuing Education Programs, this three-part series of online courses provides new skills and career training specifically for hospitality industry employees. Participants can earn certificates in customer service, leadership, and post-pandemic skills in hospitality and tourism. Free registration is available, but space is limited.
Program Highlights
1. Creating Excellent Customer Service: Mastering the Art of Exceptional Service
Registration deadline is Sept. 21.
Participants will be able to begin the course on Sept. 25 and will have until Oct.
30 to complete it.
2. Leadership in the Hospitality Industry
Registration deadline is Oct. 25.
Participants will be able to begin the course on Oct. 30 and will have until Nov.
30 to complete it.
3. Post Pandemic Skills in Hospitality and Tourism
Registration deadline is Jan. 4.
Participants will be able to begin the course on Jan. 8 and will have until Jan. 25
to complete it.
