Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management (HRTM)
Our HRTM program offers two undergraduate degree programs, so that you can choose
a bachelor of science in either hospitality management or tourism management. At the
graduate level, our Master in International Hospitality and Tourism Management is
geared toward those advancing their professional careers, and there is also a research-based

Hospitality Management, B.S.
The Bachelor of Science with a major in Hospitality Management is designed to prepare
you for a leadership position in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts,
restaurants and private clubs. A club management concentration is also available.
Tourism Management, B.S.
The world will be at your fingertips with a B.S. in Tourism Management. This degree
will prepare you for a managerial position in the tourism industry, including convention
centers, event tourism, destination management organizations and travel distribution.
International Hospitality and Tourism Management, M.I.H.T.M.
The M.I.H.T.M. program provides a comprehensive study of the many facets of international
hospitality and tourism management. Flexibility both in curriculum and in degree requirements
allows you to design a program of study tailored to your personal career goals.
Hospitality Management, Ph.D.
This program of study will provide you with the opportunity to generate significant
industry-specific knowledge through exposure to and participation in the highest levels
of academic research.

There are three degree programs that cater to the Retailing area of study. When you pursue your Bachelor of Science in Retailing, you will have the opportunity
