    • This form is used to schedule a video recording in one of the law school spaces.

    • This form is used to request to retain video recordings on the Panopto platform.

    • This form is used to log technology equipment and peripherals checked out from the Academic Technology Team. 
  • Lapel Microphone Reservation 
    • This form is used to reserve a lapel microphone for the duration of a semester. 
  • Submit a Ticket 
    • This form is used to request technical assistance by our Academic Technology Team. 
  • Microsoft Teams Support 
    • This form is used to request services for Microsoft teams such as the creation of a team, the dial-in feature, and additional support. 
  • Technology Request & Contract Renewal
    • This form is used to request a new technology not currently under contract (or an existing contract that approaching renewal).
