Devices are loaned are for 2 to 4 weeks and the borrower is responsible for the device
return. After approval, if you are in Lexington or Richland county, you can pick up
the device from us or we will ship to you. The SC Assistive Technology Resource Center
will contact you before sending you the device.
Before You Begin
By completing this agreement, you understand that materials from the SC Assistive
Technology Resource Center are the responsibility of the Borrower even if they are
used by another party. The Borrower of materials from the SC Assistive Technology
Resource Center shall be fully responsible for the materials from time of delivery
to the Borrower until the materials are returned to the SC Assistive Technology Resource
Center.
