Change of Major

Are you a current student at USC who would like to join the Arnold School? We can help!

If you are currently enrolled in another college or school on the Columbia campus, you must apply to change your major to the Arnold School of Public Health.

The next round of applications will be considered for Summer/Fall 2021 admission.

If you need assistant making immediate academic plans, please see an Exploratory Advisor in the University Advising Center located in the Close-Hipp Building.

Students must attend an Arnold School New Major Information Session prior to applying. Sessions will be offered throughout the Spring 2021 semester.

New Major Information Sessions will be announced January 2021

The Arnold School admissions policy requires that you follow these guidelines:

  1. Students must have a minimum USC cumulative GPA of 2.75 and a minimum of 12 USC credit hours to apply.
  2. Students must attend an ASPH New Major Information Session and submit a Change of Major Application.
