Whether you want to take a healthy cooking class, further your professional development or attend a colloquium to learn about the latest cutting-edge cancer research, there are many excellent opportunities for researchers, community members and students offered here at the Cancer Prevention and Control Program, the Arnold School of Public Health, elsewhere on campus and around the greater Columbia area.

Once a month, we open our doors to researchers in the field of cancer prevention to present and discuss their findings in an interactive setting. Interested members of the public, as well as students, faculty and staff at the University of South Carolina, are invited to attend.
Outside of the university, there are many opportunities for those interested in cancer research to learn more through conferences and professional development courses.
