Why you chose to pursue your degree within the ASPH: I chose to pursue a degree in Exercise Science with the ASPH because of the endless opportunities it has to offer. The minute I stepped onto campus I immediately felt the love and passion people have to become healthcare professionals. The Arnold School has helped me grow not only professionally, but into a better version of myself. Additionally, I have been lucky enough to study abroad twice with the ASPH to both Greece and Australia through their Maymester Programs. The constant guidance faculty and staff have provided me reminds me why I want to help others, both students and my future patients.

Advice for future students: My biggest piece of advice is to get out of our comfort zone and say yes. Some of the greatest experiences I've had in college so far are because I took a chance on new opportunities and got involved right off the bat. College is hard, but know that you are amazing and there are always people cheering you on. Believe in yourself and you can do anything you set your mind to!!
