Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison with academic leadership at the university (e.g., senior associate dean for the graduate school, vice provost and dean of the graduate school, vice provost and dean of undergraduate studies).
• Serves on dean's executive team. 
• Oversee and provide leadership to academic programs.
• Oversee recruitment and admission team to ensure excellence in student recruitment and admission processes for BSW, MSW and PhD programs.
• Oversee course scheduling and teaching assignments.
• Oversee student services team to ensure excellence in student advisement, course registration, support, and graduation processes for BSW, MSW and PhD programs.
• Oversee and collaborate with the assistant dean for students and program coordinators on student concerns.
• Oversee curricular revision processes in collaboration with the assistant dean for curriculum and assessment, program coordinators, and director of field education.
• Oversee planning for the CSWE self-study of BSW and MSW programs, the site visit, and reaccreditation.
• Supervise assistant to the associate dean for curriculum, assistant dean for curriculum and assessment, program coordinators, director of field education, assistant dean of students, student services team, and enrollment manager and recruitment and admissions team.
