Mr. Englert currently serves as a behavioral health research associate, clinical instructor, and support to the Field Education Office. Teaching across both MSW and BSW curriculum, Mr. Englert works as part of the design team creating stimulation labs for the HOPE-WWR Student Training Series for the College of Social Work. In addition to his role within the college, Mr. Englert practices Dialectical Behavior Therapy in an outpatient setting for youth struggling with behavioral challenges. His clinical practice is behaviorally based and has been in clinical practice of DBT since 2019. Mr. Englert's research interests consist of clinical or professional judgement development, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based practice, and experiential learning. Mr. Englert also serves as a field liaison annually for more than 40 Social Work students.
