Paid summer research position open

Applications are being accepted for a paid summer research position in support of a project in ultrafast laser spectroscopy. Although the position is in the chemistry department, nonchemistry students with majors in allied areas are encouraged to apply. Skill and interest in optics, instrument engineering, computer interfacing, and/or applied mathematics are relevant. Specific dates and hours are negotiable, but a three-quarters to full-time commitment is expected over the summer.
