Get your flu shot to beat Clemson

Campus life brings people together in classrooms, dormitories and at events and activities. All this togetherness creates many opportunities for illnesses, such as the flu, to spread. Getting the flu vaccine every year is the best way to prevent seasonal flu and students, faculty and staff members can get it at no cost.

Visit the Center for Health and Well-Being with your insurance card, no appointment required, or stop by one of the flu clinics around campus. The flu clinic kickoff will be on the Russell House patio Oct. 2 from 10 to 3 p.m.

There will also be a competition between Carolina and Clemson to see who's campus can give the most flu shots, so remember to self-report your flu vaccination on the National College Flu Vaccination Survey.
