Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are provided by the chemical manufacturer to provide additional
information co
ncerning safe use of the product.
The Hazard Communication Standard requires that you have access to MSDSs to every hazardous chemical that you use.
Next we'll learn what kinds of information is included in an MSDS, then we'll look at a sample MSDS.
