Rachel Dors coordinates the life cycle of Service Delivery: coordinating and managing all details, providing the administrative support, and facilitating all facets of growth surrounding it. She is also the primary liaison for the First-Year Experience and Students in Transition conferences, emphasizing quality communication and seamless conveyance of deliverables; as well as providing supportive administration to the National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition as a whole.

Rachel graduated from College of Charleston with a bachelor of science dual degree in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism with an emphasis on Events Management. As her background was primarily hospitality, she decided to transition into the tech industry and worked for an international healthcare data compliance company honing a completely new set of skills, before finding the perfect balance between the two industries with the National Resource Center.

In every aspect of her work, she has strived for greater accessibility, equity, and efficiency for both those around her and those who come after her.
