Alumni Association Benefits

Members of the USC Alumni Association can borrow print materials, make Interlibrary Loan requests and access alumni versions of select databases.

Using Your Benefits

Your membership card needs to be barcoded by the library. A photo ID is required.

Borrow Library Materials

Borrow up to 5 items at a time for 4 weeks with unlimited renewals.

Interlibrary Loan Requests

When the library doesn't have a copy of the book you want, make a request to borrow it from another library. Members can have up to 3 active ILL requests at one time.

Access Alumni Databases

Online access is limited to alumni versions of select databases. Learn more and sign in for access through the Alumni Association website. Due to licensing restrictions, it is not possible for alumni to have off-campus access to library subscription resources.

On-Campus Access to Resources

Visitors to Thomas Cooper Library must register using a valid identification card upon entering. Ask for login assistance at the Help Desk to get access to library subscription resources for research. See the Computer Use Policy for visitors for additional details.
