Application Enhancement

Application Administration refers to any change made to enterprise or department applications either developed by UTS or purchased. These changes are requested to provide new functionality for production systems. Some examples of enhancements include application changes to meet federal, state, or other regulatory requirements, changes to provide additional functionality or increase system automation, and changes to meet business requirements or improve business efficiencies.

KEY FEATURES:

  • Design a specification describing technical solution
  • Build and implement the technical solution
  • Create a schedule for execution in production

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Appropriate authorization to make request
  • Request supported by the product owner or owners
  • Request must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate change review committee
