Support

UTS offers a full range of technology support for students, faculty and staff. Support is available online, over the phone and in person.

Online

The Quick Help Guides offer immediate access to self-service support information and documentation. If you still need help, submit a request online in the Self-Service Portal or call the Service Desk at (803) 777-1800.

The IT Outage Calendar lists all planned and unplanned outages. A Network Username and password is required to access to the outage calendar.

Phone

The Service Desk is the single point of contact for computer, technology, and IT-related services and support for students, faculty and staff. You can submit a request online or call the Service Desk at (803) 777-1800.

In Person

For students needing hands-on technology support, the Carolina Tech Zone is a walk-in facility that provides a variety of support services.

We provide comprehensive desktop support for colleges, departments, and organizations through our Desktop Support service agreement. Contact us today to discuss your support needs.
