Lunch with College of Engineering Faculty 
(For employers who pre-registered for this particular lunch in JobMate.

This lunch will occur in the Congaree Room.)

 

Due to limited seating, please eat lunch during your pre-assigned time.

Profit Organization:  Early bird registration - $550 until January 15, 2013.
Late registration (credit card only) - $625  (January 16 - January 29)

 

Non-Profit Organization: Early bird registration - $300 until January 15, 2013.

Late registration (credit card only) - $375  (January 16 - January 29)

Employer Eligibility Policy to Use Career Center Services

Job Fair Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy:  All payments must be received no later than two(2) weeks prior to the career event.  If an employer has not paid in full and/or cancels less than two (2) weeks prior to the event, the organization will be held responsible for the payment.  All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to erlake@mailbox.sc.edu.  Future registrations for career events will not be allowed until the balance is paid.  If an employer registers on or after the two-week period prior the event, all payments must be paid in full at the time of registration.  No refunds will be issued after January 15th.   

Employer Benefits:

  • Parking pass for parking in Park Street Garage

  • Unloading and loading assistance (shipping information)

  • Continental breakfast

  • Meals for up to 3 representatives

  • An 8' x 2.5' covered table and 2 chairs

  • Electrical outlet

  • Wireless access

Exhibit Parameters:  All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 8' x 2.5'table. No vehicles or animals are allowed at the fair.  All items for your display must be able to fit onto your table.  This will ensure that all employers have adequate space and students can navigate the fair in an efficient manner.

Hotel Information:  The Career Center has a courtesy block of hotel rooms at the Hilton Columbia Center with a special conference rate.  Call 803-744-7800 and ask for the USC Career Center job fair rate.

Steps To Register:

1)  Click on the REGISTER FOR SET  link to set up a JobMate account or log into JobMate.

2)  Select Jobs and Events to register for S.E.T.

3)  Select Job Fairs and search.

4)  You will see the S.E.T. Icon and a register link to the right.

5)  Select the Register link and complete your registration information.
