Alumni are defined as graduates of any USC campus or members of the My Carolina Alumni Association. Recent graduates retain their student status for one year after their graduation. Once you have alumni status, the fee for alumni career counseling is $40 per hour, or for a more tailored session, you can choose one of the three alumni specials below:

My Carolina Special - (Career Counseling) ($40)

One hour counseling session (Telephone or in Person)
One resume critique in order to obtain full acess to JobMate (Career Center's Internet-based resource for job postings, resume referral, and on-campus interviewing)
Job Search and Networking Information
Use of Career Library resources (Introduction to Online Services)

Garnet Special - (Job Search) ($75)

Two one-hour counseling sessions (initial and job search skills)
Participation in JobMate
Access to Perfect Interview to improve interviewing skills
Access to job listings
Use of Career Library resources

Gamecock Special - (Career Assessments) ($120)

Two one-hour and one half-hour counseling sessions (initial, test interpretation, and follow-up)
Includes Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
Access to career guidance software, such as FOCUS
Use of Career Library resources

Resume Critique: One free resume critique is offered in order to obtain full access to JobMate. Once full access has been achieved, additional resume assistance is available at $40 per hour.

My Carolina Alumni Association members receive a 10% discount. (Must provide a current membership card)
