Career Center From Charleston

          I-26 West from Charleston, SC

  • Take Exit 111-B (US 1) onto Meeting Street. 

  • Follow Meeting Street through West Columbia and cross the Congaree River into downtown Columbia.  Meeting Street will become Gervais Street. 

  • Follow Gervais Street and turn right on Assembly Street.

  • Turn left on Catawba Street reserved Career Center parking will be on your left.  The top of the parking meter will be covered with a bright red parking bag labeled “Career Center Reserved Parking.”

  • Follow the sidewalk up to the Swearingen entrance that is facing Main Street. (Do NOT enter through the loading dock doors that are closest to Catawba Street.)

  • You will go through two sets of double doors and the Career Center will be on your right.  If you have any difficulty locating the office, please call 803-777-1949 or 803-777-1974
