About the Facilitator
Tena B. Crews is the Associate Director of Technology Pedagogy for the Center for Teaching Excellence. She is an Associate Professor in the Technology Support and Training Management program and teaches the majority of her classes online. She also serves as the Director of Online Learning and Development for the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management.
