CLASS SESSION BEGINS: Monday, January 14, 2013
General Information: Course will be delivered by Web conferencing utilizing Adobe Connect. Students may participate live online for the class sessions on Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. ET, or may view the class at a later time. Students are responsible for all material covered. The Adobe Connect URL will be posted in Blackboard by the instructor. High-speed Internet access is required for Adobe Connect.

There will be one optional session at USC Columbia on Saturday, Feb. 2, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET, in Thomas Cooper Library, Level 5 (Government Information Dept.).

Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Creation, acquisition, organization, retrieval, and use of government-produced information. Emphasis is on U.S. government information but includes attention to state, local, and international sources.
Prerequisites: SLIS 703, 707, or permission of instructor
