Legal Aspects of Higher Education
CLASS SESSION BEGINS: Monday, April 15, 2013
General Information: Course will be delivered by Web conferencing utilizing Adobe Connect. Students may be present online for the class sessions on April 21 and 28; May 5, 12, 19, 26, and 31; June 2, 9, 16, and 23, 6 - 8:30 p.m., or may view the class at a later time. The Adobe Connect URL will be posted by the instructor in the Lectures section on Blackboard prior to the first session. High-speed Internet access is required for Adobe Connect.
NOTE:
This course is open only to Higher Education Business Administration Majors.
On-Campus Sessions/Orientation Information:
Students are required to attend three sessions at USC Columbia on Saturdays, April 27, May 18, and June 22, 8 a.m. - noon, location TBA.

Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Especially for faculty members and administrators in post-secondary institutions. Emphasis on techniques of legal research, constitutional provisions, statutory laws, court decisions, and regulations as they affect administration of higher education.
