Legal Basis of Educational Organization and Administration

On-Campus Sessions/Orientation Information:
Students will be required to attend one orientation session at USC Columbia on Saturday, Aug. 17, 1:30 - 3 p.m., in Wardlaw College, Room 126.
Course Delivery Type: Over 50% Web Delivery: A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc.
Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Emphasis on techniques of legal research, the legal relationships between the federal and state government as they relate to school district organization and administration, as well as legal case studies in all major areas of administrative concern.
Prerequisites: At least two of the following: EDLP 700, 701, 702, 703
