International Social Work and Social Justice Issues
CLASS SESSION BEGINS: Thursday, August 22, 2013
General Information: Course will be delivered by Web conferencing utilizing Adobe Connect. Students may be present online for the class sessions on Thursdays, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., or may view the class within seven days of the live class. The Adobe Connect URL will be posted in Blackboard by the instructor prior to the first session. High-speed Internet access is required for Adobe Connect.

Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Examination of complex global issues and the role of international organizations, local communities, and the profession of social work in prompting social justice through international policy and practice, with a focus on developing countries and human rights.
