Advanced Health Assessment
CLASS SESSION: Monday, January 13, 2014-Monday, April 28, 2014
General Information: This course will be delivered primarily via video streaming. Students will access streamed materials at video.sc.edu. See instructor for password information. High speed Internet access is required for video streaming. Information on technical requirements and getting started with video streaming is available http://sc.edu/mediaservices/video/video_gettingstarted.html. In addition, at the start of the semester, students will be mailed a DVD containing supplemental material for this course.

Clinical days and times will be arranged with the instructor.
Course Delivery Type: Over 50% Web Delivery: A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc.
Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Advanced theory and practice in critical thinking, physical assessment, diagnostic reasoning for clients across the life span to identify pathologic variations and initiate appropriate interventions. Didactic, lab, and field study.
