Selected Topics in Speech Pathology: Communication Foundations for Literacy
CLASS SESSION: Monday, March 24, 2014-Monday, April 28, 2014
General Information: This is a shortened term Spring course meeting March 24 - April 28, 2014. This is a DVD course supplemented with Blackboard. Students will access video streamed materials at video.sc.edu. See instructor for password information. High-speed Internet access is required for video streaming.

Course Delivery Type: DVD: The primary course content is available on DVD and will be mailed to the student automatically once enrollment is complete. Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Definition and components of literacy; assessment; normal development; abnormal development; family and environmental dynamics and influences; planning and implementation of prevention and intervention modules, literature units, and creating experiences and total linguistic environment.
