RE: 1997-1998 Annual Report
The following proposal from the Committee on Admissions was accepted by the Faculty Senate:
Undergraduate catalog, page 15
Baccalaureate degree candidates may qualify for degree credit and/or advanced placement through successful completion of the following exams.
2. International Baccalaureate (IB) Higher Level Examinations in biology, business and organization, chemistry, computer science, economics, English, French, geography, German, history, Latin, mathematics, music, physics, psychology, and awards Spanish. Questions concerning credit should be referred to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 803-777-7700.
Prof. Stephen McNeill was elected chair.
