Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellation, received in writing, on or before January 9, 2009 will be refunded registration fees minus $100 US administrative fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given after January 9, 2009. Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests resulting from cancelled flights and/or “acts of God.” If conference attendance is not possible, all conference materials can be mailed to you upon request. |
