Here’s a quick checklist of University, state and federal resources you should contact immediately if you or someone you know may be a victim of identity theft:

University employees and students should immediately call the University Police at     777-4215 or 9-1-1. If you are a USC student, contact the Office of the University Registrar.     Call 777-3541 or e-mail privacyconcerns@sc.edu . If you are a USC faculty or staff, contact the Division of Human Resources,     at  777-2543 (Records).
