To obtain the early registration fee of  $75/$30 for students, register by March 26, 2001.  After March 26, 2001,
fees increase to $100.  The registration fee of $75/$40 includes a lunch as well as a (cash bar) reception on the 5th

and identify yourself as a participant in the environmental health conference to receive the
