University Email at the University of South Carolina
USC faculty, staff and students are given a University email account. Students are given a Live@edu account (@email.sc.edu). Faculty and staff are given Microsoft Exchange accounts (@mailbox.sc.edu).

** Reminder: Your username password must be reset every six months. If you cannot log into your University Email account, you may need to reset your password.**
- Login to VIP, https://vip.sc.edu .
- Click on Technology (the left-side menu).
- Choose "Show me network username/password".
- Reset your password here.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Use your new password to log into your email.
