All University of South Carolina students, with the exception of Aiken and Upstate campuses, are now using a separate email system called Outlook Live@Edu. University faculty and staff continue to use Microsoft Exchange as their email service.

** Reminder: Your username password must be reset every six months. If you cannot log into your University E-mail account, you may need to reset your password.**

1. Login to VIP, https://vip.sc.edu .
2. Click on Technology (the left-side menu).
3. Choose "Show me network username/password".
4. Reset your password here.
5. Wait 5 minutes.
6. Use your new password to log into your email.
