During the 2007-2008 semesters, University departments and offices are in the process of moving into the new University E-mail system. This means the switch from GroupWise or other e-mail clients to the Microsoft Exchange system, such as Microsoft Outlook or Entourage. University Technology Services is working with each department in preparation and training.

If you cannot log into your University E-mail account, you may need to reset your password.** Go to VIP, https://vip.sc.edu and login with your SSN / Pin. Click on Technology (the left-side menu) Choose "Show me network username/password" Reset your password here. Wait 5 minutes Use your new password to log into your e-mail.
