The project that is consolidating all USC e-mail into the USC e-mail system based on Microsoft Exchange and Outlook is sponsoring Outlook training for all interested faculty and staff. As the course is designed to introduce you to the system, we recommend that you plan to attend the class shortly before your department plans to migrate from your existing e-mail system to the University E-mail System.

Departments are scheduled to migrate between July, 2007, and December, 2009. Your IT staff will begin notifying you approximately 2 months ahead of the scheduled date for your department.

Each class session is scheduled for two hours, allowing 90 minutes for instruction and 30 minutes for setup and questions and answers. As each session can accommodate only 24 attendees, we do ask that you register prior to attending.
