I’m involved in Student Government Senate and the Honors College Honors Council. My favorite thing to do is of course attend USC football games! As a pre-med student, I spend a lot of time doing genetics research in a biology lab.
This past summer I spent six weeks studying in Italy and absolutely loved it! I’ve learned a lot from connecting my beyond the classroom experiences with my coursework, and I’m excited to work with students to do the same!

With many interests for my possible future career path, I was attracted to all that the University of South Carolina offers — many strong academic departments, hundreds of extracurricular options, and resources to introduce me to unimaginable opportunities. In my short time at USC, I have benefitted from so many great experiences.
I have been fortunate to serve in student government as part of Freshman Council and as senator on the Academics and Finance Committees of USC’s Student Senate. I enjoy working as a designer at The Daily Gamecock and, most recently, serving as part of USC Connect’s Student Representative Board.
I have had incredible experiences through student organizations, like a weeklong trip through Carolina Service Council, building houses in a Dominican Republic village. Places I’ve been, projects I’ve worked on, and classes I’ve taken have helped shape and define my interests. I look forward to more exciting opportunities at USC this year!
