STEP 12:
Review with Web Presence Team
Once you have completed the testing and review phase, you should contact the Web Presence Team (webpresence@sc.edu) to schedule a review of your site. You will need to provide the team with a URL (preferably password-protected) where they can view and navigate your redesigned site. The Web Presence Team will point out any major issues that need to be addressed before making the site publicly available. The CIO will mediate any issue that cannot be resolved between the Web master and the Web Presence Team.
Ideally, the site's Web master will have been in contact with the Web Presence Team throughout the major steps in the process. This will help to minimize the amount of rework that might need to be done after an official review.
