Spring 2012
  • Scanning Services Available at 1244 Blossom Street (Main UTS Building)
Production control and scanning services continue to be available at University Technology Services, 1244 Blossom Street (main building, corner of Blossom/Sumter).
  • Project on Track to Meet July Deadline
With the Admissions portion of OneCarolina slated to go live this summer, the project remains on schedule as we head into spring. Teams representing the University’s Student, Financial Aid, and Accounts Receivable areas have been busy testing the Banner software, which will serve as the backbone for the project, and training their employees to use the new systems.
  • Monthly Status Updates Open to All
As part of an effort to shed more light on the multi-year overhaul of the University’s suite of legacy systems, OneCarolina leadership is hosting monthly update meetings available to anyone within the University who wants to keep tabs on the progress of the project.
  • OneCarolina to Enhance Data Reporting Process
OneCarolina will overhaul the way departments such as Admissions, Financial Aid, and Accounts Receivable do business every day. One of the ways in which OneCarolina will accomplish this is by restructuring USC’s Data Warehouse.

But what exactly is a data warehouse and how is it going to change?
