- Nancy Brown
- Associate Professor,
College of Social Work
Effective use of technology blends course content and course activities to promote interaction between students, with the instructor, and with the content. Dr. Brown will reference examples from a Summer 2012 online class that has live sessions, pre-recorded components, a discussion board, and quizzes -- the whole package. This presentation will help answer the questions of what an online course might include to achieve interaction as well as course learning outcomes.
