About the Facilitator
Tonya Creamer works as an Educational Associate for the Office of Adult Education at the South Carolina Department of Education. She has an MA in Applied Linguistics from Old Dominion University, a BA in English from the University of South Carolina and 15 years of instruction with strengths in ESL, Developmental Writing, and Technology at University, Community College, Adult School, and K-12 levels. She is computer and web savvy, specializing in the use of technology as a resource for training, professional development, instruction, assessment, and data storage and analysis.
