General University Scholarships
As previously noted, these scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen. In order to be considered for one of these awards, you should apply for admissions early in your senior year and follow the application instructions provided by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. If you wish to be considered for the Carolina or McNair Scholars awards, you must submit both an application for general University admissions and an Honors College/Top Scholars application to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The deadline for both application is November 15. The Honors College/Top Scholars application can be accessed online as part of the general application to USC. You may receive only one General University Scholarships with the exception of the Lieber Scholars award.
