Annex Requests

Most materials from the Annex can be delivered to the Thomas Cooper Library for patron use and/or check out. See FAQ for details on other delivery locations.

To place a journal request:  Use this form to request the loan of an entire periodical or for Electronic Desktop Delivery of a book chapter or an article from a journal.

1. Consult a reference librarian to verify that your citation is complete and accurate.
2. Check the Library catalog to determine if the desired item is available at the Library Annex.

4. Fill out  the form as completely as possible and include your citation source.
5. To have an article delivered to electronically, please select the Electronic Desktop Delivery box located near the bottom of the Journal Request Form.

To place an item request: Use this form to request the loan of an item other than a journal. For example: books, videos, maps, microfilm or microfiche.
